All products offered by 24 High should be kept away from persons under 18 years of age.

24High accepts no liability in case in the following situations: the product does not give the sensation and/or effect expected/desired by the buyer; loss of function of the product; harvest results; physical and/or mental complaints (including but not limited to: dizziness, palpitations, headaches, confusion, inducing psychosis); impaired responsiveness; other personal injury and/or incapacitation as a result of using the product. The products offered by 24High are not to be considered medicine and do not serve as a substitute for (already started) medical treatment(s) and/or medical advice from healthcare provider. Therefore, the products cannot be used as a substitute for a prescribed medicine or drug. 24High's products should never be used in combination with medicines, alcohol, supplements and antidepressants (MAOIs, SSRIs, SRNIs and TCAs) and other drugs with similar effects.

24High only sells products that meet the conditions as described in the Opium Act and are therefore not on List I & II of the Opium Act. Sales will only take place in the context of medical and/or scientific reasons, as laid down in Article 8 of the Opium Act. Furthermore, 24High places restrictions on sales: a Buyer can purchase a maximum of 5 (hemp) seeds per day. . The products sold by 24High are for personal use only. In the event of a suspicion, including the type of product covered by the agreement, whether or not in combination with the persons to whom the products are delivered, the manner and location of such delivery as well as the duration and size of the delivery, that delivery is being made to large-scale growers or traders, 24High shall at all times be entitled to dissolve the agreement. Refund of the purchase amount will be processed as soon as possible; payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment. Refund will be made to the account number previously provided.

All information offered by 24High, by means of the website, or provided by its employees via telephone, e-mail or any other communicative means, is purely for informational purposes and is not to be considered medical advice. Although 24High and its employees will always try to do their job to the best of their ability, it cannot be guaranteed that product descriptions and information provided through the website or by employees via e-mail, telephone or other communication channels are accurate, complete, reliable, current and error-free. 24High points out that in some cases the shape and colours of packaging may be subject to change, even though it is the same product as described.

In addition to consulting the website or staff, the buyer bears an own responsibility to inform himself ('duty to research') about the use, operation and possible health risks of the product ordered. 24High shall not be liable for any damage caused by incorrect or illegal use of the products delivered.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS :

All products sold by 24High are in line with Dutch legislation, including the Opium Act. 24High cannot provide 100% reliable information on sales and deliveries outside the Netherlands. The buyer of the product should therefore make their own enquiries as to whether importation of product is legal and bear responsibility and legitimacy for compliance with local laws and customs regulations. 24High is not responsible and/or liable for orders shipped on behalf of the buyer, if it turns out that the product is illegal in the country to which the order was shipped. 24High is therefore not responsible for any seizure and/or destruction of products by customs or other authorities in the country where the order was delivered or in countries passed during their shipment. Upon discovery of the above, 24High will also not refund the purchase and shipping amount and compensation for damages (if any) to the buyer. The responsibility lies with the buyer from the moment the order is placed.
