Muira Puama Indian Elements
The native name for the genus is Muira Puama "potency wood". These shrubs or small trees grow to about 4 metres in height. Historically, all parts of Muira Puama medicinal are usable, but usually the bark and roots of the Ptychopetalum Olacoides is harvested and both used as a traditional Herbal remedies. It contains long-chain fatty acids, plant sterols, coumarin, lupeol and the alkaloid muirapuamine.
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons Muira Puama and cook/boil it for about 15 minutes in half a litre of water.
Muira Puama works stimulating and potency enhancing. The effects starts to work after half an hour of intake.
