Muira Puama Indian Elements
The native name for the genus Muira Puama is "potency wood". These shrubs or small trees grow to about 4 meters in height. Historically, all parts of Muira Puama are medically useful, but most of the time the bark and roots of the Ptychopetalum Olacoides are harvested and used both traditionally and in Herbal / herbal medicines. It contains long-chain fatty acids, vegetable sterols coumarin, lupeol and the alkaloid muirapuamine.
1 x 80 grams Muira Puama
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons Muira Puama and cook/boil it for about 15 minutes in half a litre of water.
